Claris trademark Google Ad Partner use guidelines.

Claris Partners have the ability to use
Claris trademarked terms in their Google ads.

Claris + Google ad campaigns

Claris runs Google ad campaigns to promote awareness of our brand and products. In order to ensure that we are not competing with our Partners and our Partners are not competing with us for certain keywords, Claris will be the only one authorized to bid on specific brand keywords (Claris, FileMaker, FileMaker Pro). We will allow Claris partners to promote their services on Google by running and bidding on other relevant terms — eg. FileMaker consulting, FileMaker help, FileMaker support, etc.

Partner Requirements.

  • Must be an active Claris Partner in good standing to be added to the Claris Google trademark usage list.
  • Ads must follow Claris trademark guidelines: www.claris.com/company/legal/trademark-guidelines.html.
  • All ad copy must be reviewed and approved by Claris in advance for trademark usage. See below on how to submit your ads.
  • Partners may not bid on any terms restricted by Claris. See list below of restricted terms.
